Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll be prorated for the difference.
Minutes are counted from when the AI answers until the call ends. Each call is rounded up to the nearest minute (e.g., a 61-second call is billed as 2 minutes). Voicemails and missed calls don't count toward your minutes. Unused minutes don't roll over.
Yes! Annual billing saves you 17% (2 months free) compared to monthly billing. You can switch to annual billing from your account settings.
